Her Story

Yesha H. Patel practices in the areas of civil litigation and transactional law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including personal injury, employment law, business disputes, trust disputes, and mass tort litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Patel provides strategic legal counsel on matters arising from business transactions, employment law, and estate planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Patel worked at a law firm specializing in ERISA and business litigation, where she also advised clients on employee benefits and estate planning matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk for several firms, gaining extensive experience across a diverse array of litigation and transactional practice areas, including employment and labor law, personal injury, real estate law, business litigation, and estate planning.

Ms. Patel’s broad legal background enables her to provide clients with thoughtful, practical, and results-oriented representation.
