DOMINIQUE N. WESTMORELAND
Dominique N. Westmoreland practices law in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Mr. Westmoreland’s civil litigation experience covers serious personal injury, first/third party insurance litigation and bad faith, and mass torts cases. Mr. Westmoreland provides legal counsel for a variety of areas arising from business transactions and employment law, in which Mr. Westmoreland advises employers and employees in matters arising from wrongful termination, contract disputes, violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour cases, and other civil rights violations. Mr. Westmoreland has also tried felony criminal cases ranging from robbery and kidnapping to criminal threats and murder.In addition to practicing law, Mr. Westmoreland has taught seminars on the topics of Civil Rights and Police Misconduct and Excessive Force. Mr. Westmoreland has also served on panels for legal mentorship and civil litigation.
